You can request an exchange for another size or color or a totally different item within 7 days of receiving your purchase. After inspecting the returned item we will send the exchanged item within 48 hours, upon the availability of that item.

(When trying on shoes, please be mindful not to scratch the soles or mark the shoe box. Returns must also include the dust bag and box, as these are considered part of the product. Please place the shoe box inside another box in order to prevent damage during shipping)


We stand behind our product and the quality of our production. We will issue a full refund for any defective item resulting from manufacturing faults. Otherwise, we can only issue credit towards future purchase.

Refund Policy:

In case of defective merchandise, we typically refund your order through store credit. Upon request, we can also do refunds as per the original payment method.

Upon request, we can organise a refund to your credit card statement. This process takes around 10 – 14 working days from the date of your order cancellation.

Upon request, we can organize a refund to your Paypal account. This process takes 2 working days from the date of your order cancellation.

Cash on Delivery (COD):
In case of COD, we will refund your account with store credit. You can use this store credit towards a future purchase.
